Be your own advocate

Despite my sleep still having no schedule, as this will be no easy fix, I am proud I’ve managed to stay adherent twice a day for 3 weeks now with the new mood stabilizer.

I will be going to get my blood work done this Thursday so that when I see my psychiatrist the following week, my results will be fresh.

It’s worth it to be on top of your health so you can be your own advocate.
